About Us

Building Compliance Solutions NY Inc. is a licensed and insured professional safety company that provides NYC DOB licensed safety officials for construction projects throughout the five boroughs of NYC.  Our safety professionals are of the elite in their field and the reason why we are currently on 60+ projects and growing.

At BCSNY we aim to protect our developers and general contractors while upholding the NYC DOB Code, prevent accidents and address safety issues on your project. Through our former DOB staff, we have been able to acquire a close business relationship with the DOB. This helps us work with inspectors to avoid stop work orders and violations.

We also provide safety training through a NYC DOB Approved Course Provider which offers all OSHA and NYC DOB certifications/safety courses.

DOB Licensed Superintendents, Coordinators & Managers 

We provide qualified and experienced safety professionals who have a vast knowledge of all trades, NYC DOB codes and phases of development.  Most of our safety professionals are former DOB inspectors themselves. They will enforce DOB regulations and codes to keep your site in compliance throughout the projects life cycle.

Daily and detailed reports with up to date pictures and compliance issues are recorded and signed off on by the safety professional then forwarded to the projects group chat. Direct communication with the project GC provides live updates of project status and safety. They are also quickly available at DOB requests, inspections & re-inspections.

We provide all log requirements and educate our clients of the importance and the process of maintaining logs – including pre-shift meetings, orientations, tool-box talks, sidewalk shed inspections, scaffold inspections etc.
